Who I am

Steve Hooper AI is a sole trader based in the West Midlands, England, providing AI consulting services to UK businesses.

What I collect

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.

I do not use tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics (GA4). No marketing pixels. No third-party trackers.

Why I collect it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up on conversations about services. That is the only reason.

Who I share it with

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

The following services process data on my behalf in order to run the site:

• Vercel: hosting and deployment. Vercel processes server logs (IP addresses, request data) as part of standard web hosting.
• Google Analytics (GA4): anonymous usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.

How long I keep it

Enquiry data (contact form submissions) is retained for 24 months, then deleted.

Client engagement data is retained for 6 years. This is a legal requirement for business records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage: which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from.

GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information through this site. No user profiles are built. No data is used for advertising.

Changes

This policy is updated as needed. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
