AI training your team will actually use on Monday.

Most AI training is a vendor demo with a thin layer of theory on top. This isn't. Every session is built around the work your team already does — listings, follow-ups, valuations, lettings ops, compliance — and they leave with prompts, workflows and habits they'll use the next morning.

Who it's for

Who it's for.

  • Negotiators: listing copy, follow-ups, market commentary, viewing feedback.
  • Valuers: research prep, valuation report drafting, market reports for owners.
  • Lettings teams: tenancy summaries, referencing reads, renewal letters.
  • Admin and ops: inbox triage, document handling, internal reporting.
  • Branch managers and leadership: how to spot good and bad use of AI on the floor, what to measure, what to ban.

What's in it

What's in it.

Each session covers:

  • The two or three AI tools that actually fit the role (no upselling, no fifteen-tool comparisons).
  • A working library of role-specific prompts and templates, written for your house style.
  • Live work — every attendee runs at least three real tasks during the session, on their own data.
  • A short written follow-up: what to do this week, what to do this month, what to ignore.

What's not in it: a generative-AI history lesson, "the future of work", or examples about San Francisco coffee shops.

FAQ

FAQ.

Do you cover ChatGPT, or are you neutral?

Neutral. Most sessions use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini depending on what you've already got licences for.

Is this enough to make our team competent, or do we need more?

For most roles, one good session plus follow-up is enough to shift behaviour. For valuers and leadership, two sessions tends to land better.

Can you run sessions across multiple branches in a day?

Yes, if they're geographically tight. Otherwise it's better as a sequence over a fortnight.

Will you record the sessions for our internal library?

Yes, when run remotely. In-branch recording is on request.

Pair with a consultancy engagement if you want a strategy first, or automation builds once the team is confident.
